Sometimes you just need to eat a lot of deviled eggs for dinner.

Hard-boiled eggs, yolks mashed with a bit of grainy mustard, some Empire Mayonnaise lemony olive oil mayo, and a pinch of salt. Half sprinkled with hot paprika, half topped with a spoonful of bacon jam. Along with a bowl of sliced strawberries and peaches, it’s what’s for dinner.

    I love deviled eggs so much. I actually have a cookbook devoted solely to deviled egg reipes. I know it’s silly, but it’s true.
